1.How many times can I wear my lashes?
Lashes can be worn up to 20 times with proper care.
2. Where do I store/keep my lashes?
The best place to keep your lashes is in it's original packaging.
3. Where do I store my jewelry?
All jewelry purchases come with a complimentary twill cotton jewelry bag. Use this to keep your jewelry protected from scratches and chips. Tossing your jewelry into a drawer or on top of a dresser can lead to scratches or damaged pieces. Please be sure to store your jewelry away from direct sunlight.
4. How do I clean my jewelry?
After wearing your jewelry we advise you to use our complimentary jewelry microfiber cloth which is free of chemicals to gently wipe it to remove any dirt or oils. We do not recommended to use any jewelry polishing cloths or cleaners on plated jewelry as they will rub off the plating.
5. How are the packages shipped?
All packages are shipped via USPS/ FedEx within 1-5 business days- Processing time in the order they are received. High volume in orders such as sales or holidays can cause an extra day in processing and shipping time.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking confirmation will be provided to the email address or the telephone number associated with your order.
6. Do you accept returns?
We offer returns within (3) days of delivery. However, it is on a case- by- case basis. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org tell and us the reason for your return. We will advise if your return is accepted or denied. If your return is accepted we will instruct you where to send the merchandise. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return.
7. Do you accept jewelry return/ exchanges?
All sales are final due to hygiene reasons.
However, we offer a return/exchange within (3) days of delivery for any item(s) that may be defective. However, it is on a case- by- case basis. Email us at email@example.com. We will advise if your return is accepted or denied. If your return is accepted we will instruct you where to send the merchandise. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit of the value of the item(s) to be used towards a future purchase.
8. What if my package is returned?
If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to Head Quarters, you are responsible for a $7 reshipping fee in order for us to ship your merchandise/product again.
9. What if my product is lost/stolen?
Lash Bar Kollection is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact USPS/ FedEx to report a claim. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our policy.
